The World Ocean Race Corporate Challenge is a business simulation using the Volvo Ocean Race as the backdrop. Vividly brought to life by Jamie Boag, Director of the winning team, participants can expect a thrilling first-hand experience and insight into the intimate workings of a high performing team.
Programme outline
Based on a three-year study of the entire racing team conducted by a leading business school, the programme explores and identifies the performance and leadership dynamics of a real team, operating in extreme conditions.
